Murder?

The game of the 90's was How to Host a Murder.
I have decided to start scrapping some of my past considering that I am getting
old and my memory will soon fade away.
Our Toowoomba Scrap Apple challenge for the month by Tracey StJohnwood was to use a paper bag - I was pretty boring and just tore mine.
